For Rome, and Italy standards this gelato is not very good. It was the most disappointing I've had in Italy. It was more icy and not flavorful. It was similar to having American grocery store gelato. Too bad because it's a cute shop, and friendly service. Seek good gelato elsewhere.

I discovered this place on my last trip to Rome about a year ago. It is absolutely amazing and the owner makes all the gelato fresh everyday. This is true gelato, not that fluff filled stuff thats very touristy you see everywhere here. The dark chocolate is to die for, some of the best I've ever tasted. I have it almost every night, when I'm here, as a treat on the way back to my airbnb. I highly recommend all there flavors, but especiallythe dark chocolate. The family staff is always pleasant and very accommodating to me.
Excellent gelato and friendly service.
We went here yesterday, everything seemed great at first and we chose our gelatos. Young servants were very rude, talking about customers in Italian without a second thought that they would understand!
Two rude young ladies serving, were not so tourist friendly as other servers have seemed to be. Gelato I chose was good and for bad service this place can only have one star. Be mindful, there are better places

101What vegan ice cream do you have ?
When we were there last week, they would have a couple new ones every day. Typically, any fruit based gelato was dairy free (Fragola/Strawberry and Mango were always available, however they had an absolutely fantastic Melon gelato one day as well). They also had a chocolate gelato that was dairy free as well that was incredibly rich and tasty.
